Terms Of Service

By purchasing a commission from me you are agreeing with these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- You must be of legal age to commission me.
- Payment is done in USD through PayPal, upfront. Plans are available for commissions over $350.
- Prices are base rates and may increase with the complexity.
- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
- No refunds once I start working, unless I cancel the commission.
- There is no order of delivery, as I may work simultaneously on different commissions.

COPYRIGHT

- I retain all the rights to the artwork, including sketches and other versions.
- Commissions are for Non-Commercial use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Reselling or AI training are NOT allowed.
- If you need the image for commercial use please inform me so i give an appropriate price.

CONTENT

- Prefered themes: Cozy, casual, joyful, romantic, pin-ups, modern, fantasy and nature.
- I won’t draw: Violence, Illegal / Offensive / Militaristic / Religious themes, or copyrighted material in some cases.
- For commissions I generaly prefer SFW content. A bit suggestive is fine but please respect it if I say no.
- If you are unsure I can work with your idea feel free to ask.

PROCESS

- Provide all necessary information, including a clear description, character references and any helpful images.
- Once the details are agreed on, I’ll confirm the final price and send an invoice to the provided email
- I will provide at least an initial draft for approval and a final preview for minor corrections. Be reasonable, as major changes will be charged extra, unless it was a misunderstanding from my part.
- Once approved, you'll receive a link to the high resolution painting

- These terms may be updated in the future
- I strive to act kindly, professionally and with respect, so I expect the client to do the same. Violating these terms, rude comments or rushing me will result in cancelation and blacklisting.
- Make sure you want and can afford a commission before ordering.
